Workshop on Sustainable Business Models and Impact Measurement
An IT company saw a growing demand for sustainability from customers, but struggled with the question of how to realise this in concrete terms. At the same time, they wanted to take advantage of opportunities to integrate sustainability into their own business operations and report on it.
KORU took on this challenge and guided the management team through an interactive workshop on sustainable business models and impact measurement.

From Insight to Action
The workshop began with an explanation of the upcoming regulations and the questions that customers could ask the IT party in the future. This created insight into both the challenges and the opportunities that sustainability offers.
Participants then actively set to work building a sustainable business model. They worked in smaller teams on concrete elements for people, planet and profit, also looking at measurable indicators for impact.
Presentations and Inspiration
The teams presented their insights to the group, which led to valuable discussions and new ideas. The afternoon ended with a festive dinner where participants could continue the conversation and network in an informal setting.
The result: an inspiring and productive session that not only generated knowledge, but also offered concrete tools for the next steps within the organisation. This process was then continued within various business units, with which the company is further developing a sustainable and future-proof strategy.
